Delete your Kidscient account

You can delete your parent account, every child profile on it, and all of the data behind them. This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation, and it needs no contact with support.

What gets deleted

  • • Your parent account and its sign-in credentials
  • • Every child profile on the account
  • • All sessions, conversations and transcripts
  • • Every photo and voice recording uploaded, removed from storage and not only from our database
  • • All progress, journal entries, chores and rewards

Encrypted backups roll forward on a fixed schedule and expire within 7 days. Records we are required by law to keep, such as billing records, are retained for as long as the law requires.

Deleting here

We ask you to sign in first, so that only the account holder can delete a family's account. You will then confirm by typing DELETE, and the deletion happens immediately.

  1. 1. On the child's home screen, tap Parents.
  2. 2. Pass the parent gate.
  3. 3. Tap the gear icon to open Account.
  4. 4. Tap Delete account, below Sign out.
  5. 5. Type DELETE, then confirm.

Removing one child only

You do not need to delete your account to remove one child. In the parent dashboard, open Manage kids, choose the child, and delete that profile — it removes that child's sessions, transcripts and uploaded files and leaves the rest of the family untouched.
